The mission of the Healthcare IT Knowledge Network is to foster “intelligent collaboration” within the healthcare IT industry by sharing insights relevant to the disciplined, thoughtful pursuit of value-enhancing third party relationships and transactions, whether mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances or other strategic corporate initiatives that help shape a firm’s future.
